It was a great October day perfect for golf. The course was as always in great condition, with generous fairways and very good greens. Probably why its our most visited course over the last 17 years. The golf results did not disappoint either with 30 points or better covering 80% of the days golfers. Five golfers ended on even par and only three shots separated the 6 golfers that broke par. Craig had a nice return to form with a two under par 38 for third spot. Back in second was mister consistent Tommo who is 10 under par for his last two rounds. The winner by one and a four under par score was Jim C with a welcome return to some form, backed up up with a nearest the pin win. Great day had by all spoilt a bit by some local idiot upsetting a couple of the groups around the turn, with Jim and Rob taking the bulk of the abuse. Jim obviously thriving on it with the win and Rob having his  flow disrupted after a front nine of 22 points. Welcome to new member Jason who is still finding his feet and we are finding his handicap but his 2 under par round today was a good baseline for the future. Course played today was the Blue then the Gold the 3rd time over the years we have played them.
