Handicap Changes after today here

Despite the ominous weather forecast throughout the week, we prevailed over the elements yet again. The society found the course to be in great shape, resulting in more than three-quarters of the players scoring over 30 points. Gez and Karl recorded a one under par rounds of 37 to finish just out the top five. A clutch of 3 players recorded a 2 under par 38. Fifth place went to Chris who has been consistently improving and his recent form has been impressive. Rob's consistent performance in recent events paid off as he secured fourth place also on 38 points. Jim, the last member of the trio with 38 points, has had a solid and consistent season. His performance was boosted by a 5 point score on the par five 8th (Birdie with 2 shots). In a tight finish, Dave T and James L put up an impressive performance, both scoring a remarkable 7 under par. However, the top spot could only be claimed by one golfer and after an intense back nine countback, James L emerged victorious with 25 points. Dave T put up a valiant effort but was unable to match James even though he recorded 23 on the back nine.
