Handicap Changes after today here

Yet again our good fortune for the weather held out. The course was closed the previous day due to heavy rain but on the day, it was mostly sunny with a couple of small showers that to be fair did not affect us in anyway. The heavy conditions evened it out for the field with over two thirds of the filed scoring in the 30's. In fact, the top ten places were only separated by four shots, so that wayward drive, fluffed chip or three put cost you dearly. Forth place went to Rob with a one over par, who also fell short in the Committee Shield loosing out to Bez 3&1. Third place went to Steve with an even par round, no blobs in sight and a single point scrappy eighteenth hole cost him the days victory. Bez finished in second place also on par and like Steve went blob free with a scrappy eightieth, but did take the prestigious Matchplay Committee Shield.

Some other good performances in the clutch of 33's and 34's with most not registering a blob just far to many single point scores. Whitt ended up blobbing the first and eighteenth which cost him dearly. But the winner and his second victory of the season was Martin F. His winning score of 1 under par was recorded even with one blob on the picturesque tenth hole.

Aggers off to a great start The return of Jeff (Umbrella in the pocket) Gez smooth as you like
