AGM 2015

Our 2015/16 AGM meeting  took place on Saturday January 9th 2016 at Gez Newsome house

Handicap Reviews

The Committee reviewed all the handicaps in detail and made the following adjustments. Division One - 0 to 16, Division Two - 17 to 24 exact and Division Three - 24.1 to 28. Details shown below.

  • Anthony Harding increased from 9.7 to 10.2    (0.5)

  • Gez Newsome increased from 9.6 to 10.2          (0.6)

  • John Howard increased from 21.2 to 22.5         (1.3)

  • Andy Whittaker increased from 22.5 to 24.5    (2.0)

  • Antony Wale increased from 21.9 to 24.0         (2.1)

  • Dale Green increased from 21.8 to 24.5            (2.7)

  • Alan Thompson reduced from 19.3 to 19.0       (0.3)

  • Ian Hammond reduced from 27.4 to 27.0          (0.4)

  • James Little reduced from 23.5 to 22.9              (0.6)

  • Howard Forrester reduced from 19.8 to 19.0   (0.8)

  • Martin Fooks reduced from 24.2 to 23.4           (0.8)

  • Pete Randle reduced from 26.2 to 25.2              (1.0)

  • Dave Wiggett reduced from 13.7 to 12.5           (1.2)

  • Paresh Patel reduced from 17.4 to 16.0            (1.4)

Competitions

  • The full draw took place for the Committee Shield, League Knockouts and Pairs, see website for details.

  • Clubhouse Cup to be renamed to "The Leitchy Cup" from 2016 onwards

  • It was agreed to increase all the prize money by £5 for all competitions from the 2016 season

  • It was agreed to give all those who pick up a trophy by giving them £25 worth of vouchers from 2016 onwards

  • It was agreed to increase the Nearest the Pin Prizes on each golf day to three. (2 x NTP in 1 and 1 x NTP in 2)

  • In response to increased Match Day prizes and extra 15 points will be available in the grand prix each golf day.
